Tika here is not the most famous face in this slideshow, but I don't care. Her dress delights me, and I wanted to start on a chipper note. It would be great without the elbow sack -- they are completely superfluous -- and empirically I know they are goofy. But she's coralling the whole thing impressively, and lord, I love those stripes.

The mystery of Camilla Belle's deep Hollywood connections remains powerful. But that dress is great. I am delighted that I correctly diagnosed this as a Herrera solely because it reminded me of Michelle Dockery's from the Emmys. Michelle in fact should have chosen this instead.
