I understand that the mandate here was to get a shot of her bump on the cover, but this is such an off one to pick. She looks startled, like she was just hoping to slide through the market at Jakku using some Jedi mind tricks, and got interrupted by an intrusive stranger.

And THAT is just gorgeous. I have to think, without their desire to be the first mag to show her pregnancy, this would be the cover? Allure typically does more makeup than this, but I'm sure the OTHER mandate was to keep it clean and fresh and show how Lindsay looks awesome and healthy and READY FOR REGULAR WORK NOW, MR.
