This is less outwardly zany than Loewe collections of the past, and also fairly familiar: Its trompe-l'œil dresses-printed-onto-dresses reminds me of [what we've seen very recently out of Prada](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/purples-and-reds-at-the-2023-golden-globes/80th-annual-golden-globe-awards-arrivals-beverly-hilton-los-angeles-usa-10-jan-2023-35?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \-- just perhaps taken a step further. They aren't ALL apples-to-apples, but I've started to look forward to how Loewe will horrify me anew each season, and this the effect of this collection not feeling as (heinously!) original as usual. There ARE some full-body feather ensembles to keep us amused, at least?
