It's a bit bold -- patterned, and quilted -- and I think it would take some stones to actually do it, because your fear is that someone is going to crack that you're wearing a quilt. But I like it's kind of major. I think this is lovely. If we're really moving into a period where The Queen Forces Kate To Wear Longer Skirts, at least we've got this sort of glamorous New Look thing happening, though I don't think she's ever going to wear a day dress quite this mid-length.
