I LOVE this and I really want someone to wear it on the red carpet. It's a bit bold -- patterned, and quilted -- and I think it would take some stones to actually do it, because your fear is that someone is going to crack that you're wearing a quilt. But I like it's kind of major. Say, on Emma Stone, once she goes back to red hair?
I'm not 100% spring on the dress underneath this, I don't think, but I love the coat with a fiery passion.
I think one of the things that I like about this line is that it's ALL about pattern and I love a good pattern. Can't you see this on Diane Kruger?
Outerwear, I love you.
This line, although not super-Kate-y, is just chock-full of coats that I want to wear despite having not all that many places to actually wear them.
This is just made for someone to wear to a photocall. Zoe Saldana? Someone young and cool but reliably elegant.
Coats Coats Coats Coats.
I'm not quite as in love with this; the color looks a little dingy, no?
Is it weird that I kind of want to stick this on Princess Eugenie/Beatrice? I think it's because Eugenie wore something similar recently that I didn't like, and this would have worked better.
I also want to plonk this right onto Lady Mary. Not neccessarily Michelle Dockery, but definitely Lady Mary. I don't care if it's not period appropriate! Leave me alone.
It's possible that I am just really into waistcoats right now.
This is just cozy.
I spend an alarmingly long time trying to decide if that was actually a pair of hotpants. It is NOT, which makes me feel better about everything.
Onto Ms Wickstead. I think this is lovely. If we're really moving into a period where The Queen Forces Kate To Wear Longer Skirts, at least we've got this sort of glamorous New Look thing happening, though I don't think she's ever going to wear a day dress quite this mid-length. Regardless of what happens, obviously, I hope the matching skull cap is included.
This is simple and gorgeous.
If we shorten this one to around the knee, Kate would and probably will absolutely wear it.
Ditto this little number.
This pattern is really pretty, too.
Can you imagine? I hope SWINTON or Cate Blanchett orders one, though.
I can actually see this on Blanchett as well.
And speaking of SWINTON....
SO very SWINTON.
This has a lot of boob for the Duchess, but it's -- at least, what I can see of it - really pretty. We know she likes to wear a white/cream formal gown, after all.
I wish the skirt's fullness started a little closer to the waist, but I love how severe and modest the cut of this is, with such a shocking color.
Kate will obviously wear this exactly as it, including that shoes/socks combo.
As much as I like this line, I cannot with this. That blazer looks like the re-purposed fabric from an abandoned drawing room side chair.
I would totally wear this -- I love the flirtatiousness of the skirt paired with the severity of the turtleneck and the unrelenting black -- but it seems unlikely that I will, given as I am not super loaded. I'd like to see it on a Fanning, or even Kirsten Dunst.
And one of these, of course, for everyone!
