[*Vogue* reports](https://www.vogue.com/fashion-shows/fall-2025-ready-to-wear/louis-vuitton?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) that Nicolas Ghesquiere asked his team for their favorite movies and scenes involving trains, because he wanted to use the idea of a station's platform for his collection -- the notion of people passing through, not connected, maybe from different times and styles. It might be a thinly veiled excuse for, "I had a bunch of ideas and they didn't all go together, so... we're at a train station!!!!" But I've heard worse. And I've also *seen* worse, I suppose, so there's that?
