Can one TRULY be grumpy in a decorative robe?!? But he does seem like he's playing the neighbor and not Mr. Primm? But MAYBE? Mr. Primm doesn't have as interesting a part, hence my assumption that he's Mr. Grumps.
Also OBVIOUSLY only the villain of the piece is a Florida Gators fan.
Digging the shoes, though? And what looks to be a very understated performance, of course. (I kid. It's a musical. GO BIG. Hugh Grant didn't go small in Paddington, and even though it's not a musical, he does get to do a big number at the end. WORTH IT. Seriously please stream that. You won't be sorry.)

I would feel a lot better about this look on Constance's character if the pants were not ruining the monochrome effect of the coat and the shoes. They're CLOSE, but not quite.
