Looking hard at her chest and legs, it's VERY possible she is wearing cashmere long underwear or some kind of sweater onesie or somesuch. Those are definitely woolly warm leggings under there, at the very least. I like all of this except the neon clompy boots.

In case you doubted the clompiness. They're fine, and I get that they match the gloves, so it all ties together. But they're definitely still my least favorite part. Alex's coat is deliciously quirky and makes me want to go have a martini at The Palm. And I don't even like martinis.

I wish her coat had not hidden the skirt, although what I can see of it is very cute, and I respect a person who is like, "Okay, but I'm cold, so the coat stays."

Remember the artisanal Brooklyn ketchup I mentioned in the body of the post? This dude sells it, and wants you to THINK he makes it, but actually it's his brother upstate.
