'A Man Called Otto' film premiere, Madrid, Spain - 12 Dec 2022 Rita produced the movie, and also, their son is in it as Young Otto, so it's a family affair. (Tom said something about how it was really just a SUGGESTION that they cast his son, because they look a lot alike, but I feel like... you don't say no when Tom Hanks, your lead and your producer, is like, "Hey, maybe my son could do it.") I love Rita's shoes here, and the purple is certainly striking, if a little bit over done? If this were black we'd be like BEHOLD, THE WIDOW WILSON, so maybe her goal here is to look like a woman who is quite HAPPY to be at someone's funeral. ## Tom and Rita ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/12/shutterstock_editorial_13662896c-1670981759.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by ABACA/Shutterstock (13662896c) Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson attending A Man Called Otto premiere at Capitol Cinema on December 12, 2022 in Madrid, Spain. A Man Called Otto Premiere - Madrid, Spain - 12 Dec 2022 Also, Tom attended, looking... like Tom has been looking. (I assume he clipped his hair for this part and then just... kept it?) It really makes me giggle that they're doing a whole promotion in Stockholm, despite the fact that they wrote Sweden out of the movie. I suppose they're still honoring the author, at least. (Also, if you've read Backman's book Anxious People, you'll have the same laugh I did at the mention of them Going to Stockholm.) ## Mariana Treviño ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/12/shutterstock_editorial_13663220b-1670981768.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Atilano Garcia/SOPA Images/Shutterstock (13663220b) Mexican actress Mariana Treviño attends the premiere of 'El Peor Vecino Del Mundo' at Cine Capitol. 'A Man Called Otto' film premiere, Madrid, Spain - 12 Dec 2022 In the movie, Mariana's character is Iranian, but they've changed that here too. This is amusingly Victorian Wedding, although it's distracting that I can see whatever she's wearing under it. Then again, at a Victorian wedding, it'd be distracting to see her WITHOUT what she's wearing under it, so maybe she was trying to lean harder into the vibe. ## Rachel Keller ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/12/shutterstock_editorial_13662788w-1670981748.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Belen Diaz/DYDPPA/Shutterstock (13662788w) Rachel Keller 'A Man Called Otto' film premiere, Madrid, Spain - 12 Dec 2022 Rachel's part isn't named anywhere I've seen a cast list, but I have to assume she plays the young version of Ove's wife. Sorry, Otto's wife. Sigh. She was great in Fargo; I miss her curls, but I miss everyone's curls, so no news there. This dress is sleek and lovely. ## Rita Wilson ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/12/shutterstock_editorial_13664929n-1670981798.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Henrik Montgomery/TT/Shutterstock (13664929n) Rita Wilson e'A Man Called Otto', Rigoletto Cinema, Stockholm, Sweden - 13 Dec 2022 Very dishy, madam! ## Rita Wilson ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/12/shutterstock_editorial_13651552p-1670981689.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Eric Charbonneau/Shutterstock (13651552p) Rita Wilson, Producer, attends a photo call for Columbia Pictures A MAN CALLED OTTO, at the Academy Museum. Columbia Pictures 'A Man Called Otto' photocall, The Academy Museum, Los Angeles, California, USA - 05 Dec 2022 I like this, too. Remember when she was a Noted Kook? She's come so far. ## Kelly Lamor Wilson, Truman Hanks, Mariana Treviño, Marc Forster, Director/Executive Producer, Tom Hanks, and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/12/shutterstock_editorial_13651552at-1670981675.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Eric Charbonneau/Shutterstock (13651552at) Kelly Lamor Wilson, Truman Hanks, Mariana Treviño, Marc Forster, Director/Executive Producer, Tom Hanks, Producer, and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo attend a photo call for Columbia Pictures A MAN CALLED OTTO, at the Academy Museum. Columbia Pictures 'A Man Called Otto' photocall, The Academy Museum, Los Angeles, California, USA - 05 Dec 2022 So here's the thing: Tom went on about how Truman Hanks looks exactly like he did as a kid, but... DOES HE? I think we can all agree Colin Hanks has always been the one who's a dead ringer for Tom. It's not BAD casting, but it's not... absolutely irresistably identical? I hope he's good in it. He actually to ME looks like he could be Zachary Levi's little brother (this is a compliment). I like what Kelly and Mariana are wearing; I wish I could see Mariana's whole outfit without the coat. The pants INTRIGUE and I suspect a jumpsuit. ## Rita Wilson ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/12/shutterstock_editorial_13662476u-1670981738.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by LaPresse/Shutterstock (13662476u) Rita Wilson Madrid, Tom Hanks at the presentation of his film El Peor Vecino Del Mundo, Spain - 12 Dec 2022 I enjoy that the title got translated to THE WORST NEIGHBOR IN THE WORLD, which to me gives such a different idea about the movie and what it might be. Can they not just call it OTTO, or OTTO, UN HOMBRE, or even OTTO, UN HOMBRE INUSUAL? I could do this all day. ALSO IMPORTANT: Her boots are superb. ## A Man Called Otto Photocall - Madrid, Spain - 12 Dec 2022 ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/12/shutterstock_editorial_13662227aa-1670981709.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by ABACA/Shutterstock (13662227aa) Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson, Truman Hanks attends 'A Man Called Otto' Photocall at Ritz Hotel on December 12, 2022 in Madrid, Spain. A Man Called Otto Photocall - Madrid, Spain - 12 Dec 2022 So, Truman here is in Madrid, and in the other photo with the green shirt, he was in LA. Maybe he likes green shirts. Or maybe he's like us and only wants to wear clothes he actually owns and likes. ## Rachel Keller ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/12/shutterstock_editorial_13662227i-1670981729.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by ABACA/Shutterstock (13662227i) Rachel Keller attends 'A Man Called Otto' Photocall at Ritz Hotel on December 12, 2022 in Madrid, Spain. A Man Called Otto Photocall - Madrid, Spain - 12 Dec 2022 Rachel's MO seems to be "simplicity" right now, but that doesn't mean we can't wish for a shoe shopping spree. ## Mariana Treviño ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/12/shutterstock_editorial_13662227f-1670981718.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by ABACA/Shutterstock (13662227f) Mariana Trevino attends 'A Man Called Otto' Photocall at Ritz Hotel on December 12, 2022 in Madrid, Spain. A Man Called Otto Photocall - Madrid, Spain - 12 Dec 2022 I don't know if I LIKE this, exactly, but it's interesting. It's trying a lot and it might not succeed at all of it, but I give her credit for it being something unusual that I am enjoying staring at during the course of my day. ## Mariana Treviño ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/12/shutterstock_editorial_13655677ba-1670981699.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Victor Chavez/Shutterstock (13655677ba) Actress Mariana Trevino "A Man Called Otto" Premiere, Mexico City, Centro Comercial - Mítikah, Mexico City, Mexico - 07 Dec 2022 However I AM HERE FOR THIS. It's so unexpected. Big Bird, but make it fashion.
