Qualley is a brand ambassador for Chanel, and the folks there absolutely swept into their pre-Cannes meeting to announce, "this year, Cannes is all about THE HEAD!" Because we've got the aforementioned huge hat, and at least three pieces of hair jewelry. Why not, I guess?
