It's one of the first ones I remembered when the word "Markarian" floated across Twitter yesterday. She herself was in something called After which was based on a book as well, I believe. ANYHOO. Pretty pattern. The dress is doing some weird pelvic creasing. I wonder why that is, and whether that's common across the board, or just a brand preference, and why they choose it. SLIT LOGISTICS. Also, this one seems to fit weirdly or stiffly around the abdomen as well. And when she is sporting those SHOES. It's also one of the oldest of the looks, though, so obviously everything else we've seen is the evolution from this point. And there's a lot to like, and a LOT that I think we'll see again. I'd love to see more of the beadwork and patterns in the future.
