I rather like this dress, in theory. The color is lovely, it's attempting some nice stitching in the front to give it a little spice without being ornate. And she jazzed up the matching shoes by finding ones with bling. I do think she NABs. Harry, can you get on that, please? Perhaps a Christmas present?

Here is my issue, though: When she walks, the dress punches her right in the crotch. And almost all the photos reflect this. It left a crater, which you'll see in the next slide even as she stands still. I don't know if it would've occurred to me to check my dresses for crotch-punch craters, but it sure will now.

Informative Caption would like to step in here: They are at "100 Days to Peace, a concert to mark the end of WWI, and benefiting three charities supporting military veterans who are facing mental health issues. They are greeted by the former head of the Army at Central Hall Westminster." The man's name is Lord Daggatt, and I gather he was the man personally responsible for Harry in Afghanistan. That's lovely, and extra meaningful for Harry and Meghan, who also invited him and his wife to the wedding.

Here is a better look at the front. I know this is going to come up in the comments, and I've seen Internet speculation that she might be gestating, given that the dress seems loose from some angles and -- if you scoot back a few pictures -- the way it hangs does make her chest look as if it's perhaps larger than usual. But... I don't know. It could just be the fabric and cut of the dress at work there. And if you've got a uterine secret and you want to be coy about it, this doesn't seem to me like a dress you would choose? With a royal tour Down Under in October, this would be bummer timing (for potential puking reasons, and also the cocktails), but at the end of the day her womb is her business and if she's NOT pregnant then she's going to have to suffer through this kind of thing every day from here until... whenever. I hope whatever is or isn't happening, it's exactly as they want it to be.
