As these two arrive, allow us to herald them with the dulcet tones of INFORMATIVE CAPTION. Ahem! "With masterclasses from sports stars such as marathon runner Paula Radcliffe, British tennis star Laura Robson and England netballer Eboni Beckford-Chambers, more than 200 young Coach Core apprentices will take part in the full day of sports training and mentoring before the awards ceremony, which will celebrate the achievements of young people who have taken part in this life-changing programme." That's nice!

I assume Meghan here is teaching the class called Being Sporty in Heels, which is the centerpiece, of course, of any duchess's Duchess Training.

Additionally: This outfit is fine, good, professional, polished! (I do not take issue with the combination of blue and black as a general note, and actually often like it. It feels French to me.)

It's also VERY cleverly chosen to keep people from gleaning any information at all from her midriff. I sort of wish Meghan would really LEAN INTO the pregnancy speculations and start acting like she's on a TV show -- walking into events holding boxes in front of her torso, standing behind carefully positioned plants, etc.

This just makes me think that there's a VERY aggressive after-hours dodge ball game at Kensington Palace every Wednesday night, and the Sussexes are undefeated.
