As I said when Meghan wore her bootcut jeans, I'm not sure I'm ready for the Return of the Bootcut, although she wears them well.

This is just a little... I Have A Meeting at the World Bank for me, which is GREAT if in fact you are heading over to the World Bank. (Even a colored tank, or zingier accessories might have zhushed it up a bit.)

I am not PERSONALLY saying anything but I think the overall effect of this -- the monochrome and the forgiving cut of the blazer -- might prompt some people to wonder if she's attempting to introduce some smoke and mirrors around the mid-section for REASONS.
