Her Royal Highness was today announced as Patron of Smart Works. This is one of four Patronages The Duchess of Sussex will take on with the other three being The National Theatre, The Association of Commonwealth Universities and Mayhew. Last night, I was on the phone with Fug Friend Carrie and I'd had a glass of wine and I just SHOVED some earrings through my old holes. (It's impossible to say "old holes" without sounding indelicate.) The earrings in question had REALLY sharp and straight posts and I just STABBED them in there.
