For a moment here, I thought Harry was stepping on her skirt, but I think it's just an optical illusion. Regardless, Harry, watch out! STEP CAREFULLY!

I like this very much -- the beading is so elaborate. She really does like to wear a lot of white and black, but I think that can translate well, formally -- this is a total success, and the Oscar de la Renta from their Australian tour was similarily great.

I kinda realized that I'd been cutting poor Harry out of all these shots -- just, like, a foot there and an chin here, so here he is. He looks like himself.

I assume this is during "God Save The Queen," which as an American, I know that I personally would always have to think carefully so as not to launch into "My Country Tis of Thee" via sense memory. (Which, parenthetically, it's very weird that we Americans took the British national anthem and were like, "hmmm, love this tune but we left y'all, so we're gonna re-write it!" I, of course, just fell into the Wiki about this song, and apparently the US was using it as a de facto anthem ourselves for a while, AND it wasn't even written until 1831, when we really had been out of the British hands for a long time! We didn't even HAVE an official national anthem until 1931, which, like, won't someone think about what they're going to play at the Olympics, at the very least?! [We were mostly using Hail, Columbia, which is NOT a good song; also, apparently Hail to the Chief was originally part of a musical based on Sir Walter Scott's Lady of the Lake? I personally like The Star Spangled Banner because it's VERY DRAMATIC and hard to sing. Turns out I LOT of thoughts about anthems. While I'm here, the Wiki for "God Save the Queen" is also fascinating.])

What am I even talking about? Oh, yes: They both look lovely, and I'm sure they, too, are going to have a rollicking conversation about their favorite anthems in the car on the ride home, which is going to start with "O Canada" and will definitely involve Meghan blasting "La Marseillaise" out of her phone into Harry's face.
