Meghann Fahy -- so brilliant in *The White Lotus* season two; so also brilliant, if less-seen, in *The Bold Type* (RIP!) -- is one of those actors who absolutely should be more famous than she is. Her Emmy-nominated turn in *The White Lotus* should have propelled her into the next level, and maybe it *is* \-- [she does have a lot on her plate coming up --](https://www.thecut.com/article/meghann-fahy-drop-movie-sirens-tv-interview.html?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)but this current film, where she is menaced by Air Drops on a date in what I think is a revolving restaurant, is probably not the greatest project she's ever signed on to. NO MATTER. I actually long for a time where actresses could make cheesy thrillers every now and then -- where *are* our '90s-style thrillers?! Bring them back! Maybe this is it! -- and either way, she looks *extremely* pretty in this, a dress that had a high possibility of washing her out and yet does not. Maybe I should just be grateful for what we have.
