Kanye looks like he was in the middle of getting a cyborg suit fitted. I don't have a credit on what they are each wearing; I would ASSUME both are Kenzo, but her cone boobs feel like a nod to Schiaparelli, or Gaultier-era Madonna (incidentally Julia is apparently friends with Madge and in talks to play Debi Mazar in the biopic that may or may not ever happen).

Here's a better shot of the bunchy jeans and shoes, and of course the pyramids. I don't find any of this all that interesting, and in a way it feels like Kanye is trying to turn yet another lady into his fashion accessory.
