Also, this draped beautifully. It handled the Met stairs, the carpet, and the limo, with equal grace.

The suit underneath, also by Herrera, didn't often poke out from the rainbow so thank goodness the photogs were on it all night. It's very simple and sleek, which is just as it needed to be.

Hi Dakota! We'll get to you later; this photo is just so effective at giving a sense of how the cloak stood out. It was in the background, technically, but it was in the fore nonetheless.
