This is painted onto canvas. It's amazing and seemed to be the one Kors was most excited about, given that he did his red carpet interview with her. Kors and Peter McGough made it based on Keats's "Ode to a Grecian Urn." Indeed, he said, "She's my Grecian urn!" Is that a compliment? I guess in this context, yes.

This really is a breathtaking accompliment.

Connor Storrie in Saint Laurent

This is all well and good, if very safe...

... and then SHOULDERS. I am not sure how thematic it is; there's a lack of imagination to it that for the Met is surprising (but which for Saint Laurent is NOT surprising). It reminds me a bit too much of the sleeveless shirt with slim scarf-train that Hudson Williams wore to the VF Oscar party. However, Connor's shoulders ARE a work of art, so that's something. I actually love the halter neck on him, and the polka-dots. I just am surprised it's so... Bloomingdale's.

As is the fact that she is APPARENTLY in a historic tiara, per Town & Country: It "dates back to 1957, when Betsey Cushing Whitney commissioned the tiara to wear when her husband, Ambassador John Hay Whitney, was presented at Britain’s royal Court of St James."
