It's definitely dramatic, and it suits her, and it's QUITE the statement for her first-ever Met. I am not at sure about the Galliano of it all; I guess... if you think he's rehabilitated? He was SO awful.

So, Tyla also wore Valentino, and her hair was actually wet -- and Tessa's might be, too? It seems a bit lazy of Valentino to encourage two such similar approaches. Maybe it was an accident. But this dress clearly evokes the surf. it IS good on her but her belly button looks like it's playing hide and seek.
