(Photo by Michael Buckner/Variety via Getty Images) This was REALLY good casting, wasn't it? I like Lauren's dress -- clearly a lining, so we didn't put it in the sheers post even in jest; it looks like lovely paper art or something. And Alexis's metallic is just solid and super. ## Angela Bassett in Yara Shoemaker ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/09/GettyImages-2235456287-1757900701.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: Angela Bassett attends the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Maya Dehlin Spach/WireImage) Excellent. The queen is queening. ## Dichen Lachmanin Maison Murad ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/09/GettyImages-2235439989-1757900807.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: Dichen Lachman attends the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Kevin Mazur/Getty Images) The ombre effect here is fantastic. ## Stephen Colbert and Evelyn McGee-Colbert ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/09/GettyImages-2235451014-1757900690.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: (L-R) Stephen Colbert and Evelyn McGee-Colbert attend the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by John Shearer/WireImage) I said this in our live chat, but it bears repeating: Evelyn is a DREAMBOAT. Stevie and Evie both, in fact. This is one of the few couplings where I would be genuinely gutted if it turns out to be less than it seems. ## Karen Fairchild, Reba McEntire and Kimberly Schlapman ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/09/GettyImages-2235458618-1757900670.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: (L-R) Karen Fairchild, Reba McEntire and Kimberly Schlapman perform onstage during the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Kevin Winter/Getty Images) I certainly can't argue with the sparkliness of this *Golden Girls* tribute, even if I think merely singing the song was not enough. ## Carson Kressly ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/09/GettyImages-2235444649-1757900712.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: Carson Kressley attends the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Frazer Harrison/Getty Images) He's still going! Something about that comforts me. ## Kaitlyn Dever in Michael Kors ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/09/GettyImages-2234938651-1757900830.jpg) Kaitlyn Dever at the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards held at the Peacock Theater on September 14, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Gilbert Flores/Variety via Getty Images) Kaitlyn is now being styled by her sister, Jane, which seems like it might be sort of recent? I like this conceptually but I wonder if the jacket hitting the middle of her bare midriff adds a break to something already blocky. Should the jacket hit her waistband? ## Avan Jogia and Halsey ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/09/GettyImages-2235457221-1757900679.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: (L-R) Avan Jogia and Halsey attend the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Frazer Harrison/Getty Images) They are a stylish duo -- I like this on Halsey, with the slightly mussed hair. ## Karen Fairchild ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/09/GettyImages-2235448922-1757900723.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: Karen Fairchild attends the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Kevin Mazur/Getty Images) This is like Jenna Ortega's shirt, if someone FINISHED it. ## Charlotte Le Bon in Courréges ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/09/GettyImages-2235444103-1757900732.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: Charlotte Le Bon attends the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Maya Dehlin Spach/WireImage) The hose boots are KILLING ME. ## Tracy Ifeachor ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/09/GettyImages-2235442835-1757900742.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: Tracy Ifeachor attends the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Maya Dehlin Spach/WireImage) It's nice that she got to celebrate with the cast. She was not invited back for season two (which is the vibe I got when they ended her character's arc early; am I psychic?) but she seems VERY happy to have caught up with everyone this weekend, and *what* a dress. ## Hannah Einbinder in LV ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/09/GettyImages-2234936882-1757900853.jpg) Hannah Einbinder at the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards held at the Peacock Theater on September 14, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Gilbert Flores/Variety via Getty Images) Someone in the Drinks With Broads chat said they thought this dress looked like an "it's my night to win" kind of gown, and they were correct because she DID. ## Elizabeth Banks ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/09/GettyImages-2235460282-1757960976.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: Elizabeth Banks attends the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Amy Sussman/Getty Images) This is sort of wacky and fun? I REALLY felt for her when they did the whole bit about 5 female directors and one man being nominated, and then... the one man won. ## Michelle Monaghan in Rabanne ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/09/GettyImages-2234931303-1757900885.jpg) Michelle Monaghan at the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards held at the Peacock Theater on September 14, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Michael Buckner/Variety via Getty Images) I am 85 percent with this, and the rest of me wonders if the bodice looks cheaply made. ## Mary Steenburgen, Ted Danson ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/09/GettyImages-2234940154-1757900761.jpg) Mary Steenburgen, Ted Danson at the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards held at the Peacock Theater on September 14, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Gilbert Flores/Variety via Getty Images) They won the Bob Hope humanitarian award and gave a very nice speech together. I love them and they look marvelous. This whole slideshow is really quite good. ## Markell Washington ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/09/GettyImages-2234930922-1757900874.jpg) Markell Washington at the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards held at the Peacock Theater on September 14, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Michael Buckner/Variety via Getty Images) We initially thought this was more metallic than it is, and then we couldn't decide what color it is, so I left it in here because this was my body language when Tramell Tillman and Jeff Hiller won.
