It's been a balm. I'm also interested in discussing how (a) this illusion-netting is well done and (b) also serves a real purpose, as it prevents the need for hoiking.

This is very Zuhair Murad-y, and therefore also pretty gorgeous. This is a top-tier look for her. (I WOULD like to send out a telegram to all folks on the red carpet and let them know that they can just...stand on the red carpet like normal, even if they have a slit in their skirt but I certainly get the impulse.)

Another good one from LV and it's on Cynthia that this looks so fun and kicky on her, when it could have felt a little heavy (because I think it is LITERALLY a little heavy). If you enlarge this photo, you can see the textures on this dress, and it's really rad and tactile.

These two make me chuckle. Their photos often have a Cutest Couple at Prom vibe to them and it is charming to me.

That necklace is Bulgari, and it's amazing. I actually love the pattern on that top, and these trousers are very cool -- Pertegaz is a Spanish label, but Law Roach, who styled this, noted that the look had "a little kiss to South Asia," and they do recall, for me, dhoti -- but I'd love to hear from readers who are more knowledgeable about this than I am!

Sometimes I like to play a little game with myself and try to guess what designer someone is wearing before I actually look for the credit. I don't think I get too many points for guess this correctly, but I'm still pleased with myself. This is totally Renee-y and fine! Would you have gone for more of a lip? I think she could have carried a pink one.
