This is overbaked. I'd clip the light blue sleeves, and ideally would not have dropped the waist to below her butt, but I suppose we can't have everything. Also, does this need white boots instead of black? The whole thing is trying way too hard and I am trying to streamline.

Truly, this is a choose-your-own-adventure of which buttons to undo. The skirt seems inspired by the Flying Nun. Or just flying, period, but in a plane that's losing some of its panels.
