(Photo by Kristina Bumphrey/Variety via Getty Images) She's really into experimenting with wigs lately, and this one needs to go back to the Franchise Wig Dealer (tm *Xanadu*, sort of). It's very harsh on her, which doesn't play kindly with the severe glam of the dress itself. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/01/GettyImages-2195381503-1737606512.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - JANUARY 22: Michelle Yeoh attends Paramount+'s "Star Trek: Section 31" World Premiere at Jazz at Lincoln Center on January 22, 2025 in New York City. (Photo by Theo Wargo/WireImage) There is a funky cape situation on the back, which I appreciate. I feel like it's taking Balenciaga forever to get rid of Demna, and it's because he knows how to churn out one of these for every four [idiotic shoes](https://rstyle.me/+21v1hjCPhQpueUUJL0Yung?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). ## Miku Martineau ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/01/GettyImages-2195395928-1737606478.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - JANUARY 22: Miku Martineau attends Paramount+'s "Star Trek: Section 31" World Premiere at Jazz at Lincoln Center on January 22, 2025 in New York City. (Photo by Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images) Imagine getting your first major role and finding out that it's playing Young Michelle Yeoh. I, too, would want to show up looking like the queen of the Warrior Prom. ## Omari Hardwick ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/01/GettyImages-2195378938-1737606523.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - JANUARY 22: Omari Hardwick attends Paramount+'s "Star Trek: Section 31" World Premiere at Jazz at Lincoln Center on January 22, 2025 in New York City. (Photo by Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images) I'm so delighted by his t-shirt that I almost didn't notice the 600 zippers on his pants. ALMOST. ## Sonequa Martin-Green ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/01/GettyImages-2195379792-1737606534.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - JANUARY 22: Sonequa Martin-Green attends Paramount+'s "Star Trek: Section 31" World Premiere at Jazz at Lincoln Center on January 22, 2025 in New York City. (Photo by Theo Wargo/WireImage) That's a very cool fabric. Sonequa was the star of *Discovery*, so it tracks that she'd come support a fellow captain. ## Emily Mei ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/01/GettyImages-2195396347-1737606489.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - JANUARY 22: Emily Mei attends the World Premiere of Star Trek: Section 31 at Jazz at Lincoln Center on January 22, 2025 in New York City. (Photo by Roy Rochlin/Getty Images for Paramount+) She plays "Torch Singer," which I hope is as wacky as it would be on Star Wars. I cannot rightly say I like this dress, but if we swapped in silver shoes it would automatically work better. ## Paul Giamatti ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/01/GettyImages-2195383257-1737606501.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - JANUARY 22: Paul Giamatti attends Paramount+'s "Star Trek: Section 31" World Premiere at Jazz at Lincoln Center on January 22, 2025 in New York City. (Photo by Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images) Paul is going to be in next year's *Star Trek: Starfleet Academy*, along with Holly Hunter and Tatiana Maslany, and Tig Notaro, and Robert Picardo from *Deep Space Nine*. He looks as surprised by this as I am. ## Wilson Cruz ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2025/01/GettyImages-2195375068-1737606545.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - JANUARY 22: Wilson Cruz attends Paramount+'s "Star Trek: Section 31" World Premiere at Jazz at Lincoln Center on January 22, 2025 in New York City.
