The era of "Celebrities Leave Their Hotels To Great Fanfare" may FINALLY be returning. I have no idea what Miley's aesthetic is anymore, and I suspect Miley either doesn't either, or gets up in the morning and spins the big wheel of costumes, today landing on, "Had a hit single on the Country charts in 1986 and now mostly sings at rodeos." Which, in a world in which his kids did not become celebs, might have been roughly The Billy Ray Cyrus Story.

I downloaded this to give you a clearer view of the split pants. Split by color, not "in half, due to a popped seam." Although maybe that's how this started.

And this is sort of a Gwen Stefani/Britney homage, from back in the early aughts, or even maybe just Aught Aught.

I wish we could SEE what this outfit is. I want to know more about what these shoes are being dragged into, because I might like those. It's SORT OF in the vein of when the Kardashians wore enormous coats everywhere, but they never actually USED the sleeves, so.
