Yes. She is wearing a dress (?) with Tupac and Biggie on it and while I am sure this cost approximately one bajillion dollars, it LOOKS like she took it down to the mall and asked the nice lady at the air-brushed tee shirt booth to give it her best shot.

Honestly, at this point, she is just cracking me up. This is HILARIBBLE (hilarious/terrible). I would be more concerned if we ever heard reports of Miley stumbling out of The Club all strung out or if she, say, CARJACKED HER ASSISTANT'S FRIENDS (remember when Lilo was a carjacker? That summer was so crazy that I wonder if any of us truly absorbed how INSANE THAT IS. That link goes to TMZ and holy cow, I forgot how wacktacular that whole thing was. You should relieve it and then think in unison with me: LINDSAY. LOOK AT YOUR LIFE). I think Ol' Miles likes to get us all worked up, and she's going through an...experimental phase....but she does show up clear-eyed for work and she works ALL THE TIME, and I gotta give it up for that. That's also why I don't think any of this represents, like, a mental breakdown. It's just MAJOR WARDROBE SHENANIGANS for attention. And that part sure is working.
I admit that I thought she was also wearing Rihanna's boots, but I was wrong, albeit close. Somewhere, Rihanna is like, "how dare you bring me into this."

Yes, those are faces on her ass, gently displayed under "PLEASE STOP VIOLENCE." While this is surely one of the most creative ways to plea for peace, I suggest that perhaps Miley become the change she most wants to see in the world and stop assaulting our eyeballs.
