This reminds me very, very strongly of a Marchesa that Gwen Stefani wore, and in fact I think it's the same gown but that Gianna had the keyhole filled in with fabric. And I can't believe I'm saying this, but that might actually be too heavy, and thus Gwen may have worn it better.
