Salma, this is some serious kookery. We all knew you had it in you, but it's been a while since you really let it fly. I love the pants and the jacket/vest on their own, but as-styled it's so aggressive. This comes across like a Blake Lively move of just wearing a full multi-piece outfit EXACTLY as it was styled on the catwalk.

Tiffany's goal for 2020 is to make all the other caregivers at the Home step up their personal aesthetics.
Rose Byrne
I am not on board with that makeup approach on Rose Byrne. The outfit is funky, but the scarf is way too much -- it adds nothing except something -- and I really, for as second, thought I was seeing a short sleeve jacket with separate forearm warmers that match the blouse. Then I realized that I think what I'm seeing - which I thought was a flash of skin -- is the lining of the jacket squeezing out there because the sleeves are pulled up.
