Mindy is there for... who knows what reason. She wrote Late Night, so maybe they feel like it's kin? I am never sorry to see her, though, and I think she looks super here. It does seem as if she hasn't figured out how to comfortably carry that purse AND show it to the cameras, so she gave up and just went for the latter.

Steve Carell didn't come -- he plays Matt Lauer, except not Matt Lauer, except for all the similarities between his character and Matt Lauer -- so Billy got to rep the high-profile dudes. He looks very nice.
