Saloni is having a good week! First, Duchess Kate wore their blue dress, and now Kerry Washington is sporting this top/skirt number, which is, if I may be blunt EXTREMELY CUTE and designed to appeal to me SPECIFICALLY.

This is crisp and fabulous on her. I also love the (black? It's hard to tell from here) pedicure with those shoes, which sort of...winterizes this, for me.

To start on a high note, I think her face looks great. But she may very well be wearing two sacks for clothing. I don't really mind either sack, but paired together, it feels very... Fancy 1970s Homeroom Teacher.

The structure of this dress is a little confusing to me -- is it super poufy by design, or just in this photo? I think the former -- but this color is perfect on her.
