My question about these things are: does the same stylist style everyone, and if not, do the other stylists talk to each other? Or does one of them just go, "yup, really ratty old shoes and a sort of otherwise slightly casual but good look!" while the other one is thinking, "three piece suit it is!!" and no one realizes this until they all show up?

This dress is adorable, but I am always perplexed when someone with a very good face decides to obscure it on all sides with hair. On the other hand, I'm happy for Alice Eve that she's landed a gig in a (presumably) good movie, after having to be The Boobtacular Nanny in one of the SatC movies.
