CAPE?

When I first saw this, I was like, "is this a mullet dress, or a cape?" which is really the soul-defining question for our new sartorial millennium.

Cape!

And then I saw this, and I was like, "it IS a cape." It's like a full-on, SuperEstelle cape. And part of me wants all British songstresses to wear capes and have awesome-offs. Adele, too, would work a cape. Take THAT, Lady Gaga. You can have your meat dress, on this side of the pond we're all wearing CAPES.

Sadly, in "mullet dress or cape," this one leans mullet. Dude. ALWAYS LEAN CAPE.
