She's got great stems, obviously, but I have to admit that I wish this dress were longer -- but I think it's because I feel like she needs more skirt to balance out the giant bouquet on her head.

Looking at this more closely....it might actually be a skirt and top, or at least it's designed to look like a two piece. That's ALSO a surprise. Surprises all around! (And while I'm here, I'm surprised to be asking this about an outfit that involves a tiny Rose Parade on someone's noggin, but does she need jewelry?)
