Alesha was in a girl band called Mis-teeq in England, and when I Googled to see if she was replacing Gabrielle Union and Julianne Hough on this panel, I turned up a Good Housekeeping story from six days ago that began, "As previously announced way back in September 2019...." Gee, NBC, defensive much? That reads like they REALLY wanted people to make sure everyone knew Alesha wasn't hired (for the special Champions season) because they were let go. That whole situation is a damn mess.
