This gets better as it goes down. Her makeup is a no-go, the blouse isn't great, the skirt of belts works fairly well on her actually, and the shoes rock. I just can't imagine the mini wasn't a SLIGHTLY risky proposition for a seated panel discussion.

## Susan Kelechi Watson

She looks amazing. I do wish it were a dress, though.

## Mandy Moore

So close. SO CLOSE. WHY IS THIS TOP FORSAKING YOU, MANDY.

## Jaimie Alexander

I assume this is Siriano, as it appears to be the vaguely less dressy version of [Angela Bassett's Globes gown](../../golden-globes-2017-angela-bassett-keeps-christian-sirianos-win-streak-alive-01-2017). The shoes are too close-but-no-cigar with it, though

## Vanessa Hudgens

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/FFN_RIJ_NBCUNIVERSAL_SET3_011817_52286414-1484804121.jpg)

She's in a new show called *Powerless*, which appears to be about the mere mortals who are just trying to live their lives in a world where Superman's heroics often ruin buildings. I chuckled lightly at one of the promos, and she's very likable. This feels a little like she's still having a Rizzo moment.

## Nicole Richie

PLEASE tell me low-hanging scarves are going to stop with this photo. She looks absurd. But for two pieces of eight across her palm, she'll tell you your future.

## Monica Barbaro

You might recall her face from UnREAL's second season, but I gather she's also on Chicago Justice, the fourth installment of Dick Wolf's Windy City franchise. I also just typed "Windy Cindy" by mistake, which sounds like a rejected Shel Silverstein poem. Also, this dress is unfortunate.

## Ryan Eggold, Famke Janssen

They're in the *Blacklist* spinoff. I wish I liked her dress better. I also wish she'd have gotten a regular gig on *Muuuuuuuuurder*, because she and Viola Davis had good chemistry.

## America Ferrera, Ben Feldman

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/FFN_RIJ_NBCUNIVERSAL_SET2_011817_52286283-1484804103.jpg)

His brown belt and shoes with this seem glaring, no? Also, she just directed an episode of their show, Superstore, and her Instagrams were cute. Everyone looked really happy for her.

## Jennifer Beals

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/FFN_RIJ_NBCUNIVERSAL_SET3_011817_52286458-1484804136.jpg)

Lovely, other than the totally unnecessary braid mucking up the very bottom of her hair

## Bitsie Tulloch

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/FFN_RIJ_NBCUNIVERSAL_SET4_011817_52286521-1484804183.jpg)

I might've been fine with this without the red fencing, although the concept is nice. It's just a weird length. It also makes me think of Pokemon, although I'm coming at that from a place of relative ignorance, as I don't play that game and am the Scrooge that won't let her kids play it either.

## Goran Visnjic

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/FFN_RIJ_NBCUNIVERSAL_SET3_011817_52286475-1484804151.jpg)

He remains handsome as ever.

## Milo Ventimiglia

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/FFN_RIJ_NBCUNIVERSAL_SET4_011817_52286545-1484804214.jpg)

He remains mustachiod. (As I'm sure will be required of him for the next several years.)

## Sterling K. Brown

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/FFN_RIJ_NBCUNIVERSAL_SET4_011817_52286553-1484804230.jpg)

He remains practically perfect in every way.

## Ron Cephas Jones

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/FFN_RIJ_NBCUNIVERSAL_SET4_011817_52286555-1484804246.jpg)

And Peggy. That felt good. It's been a while since we did a *Hamilton* joke. (Parenthetically, his daughter Jasmine has such a fab voice -- I can't wait to see where she ends up next.) Ron is heartbreaking as Sterling K's father on This Is Us, and it's not a spoiler to say he's got cancer because that was revealed pretty early on in the series. I am not going to handle it well if/when the show kills him off.

## Chrissy Metz

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/FFN_RIJ_NBCUNIVERSAL_SET4_011817_52286575-1484804276.jpg)

This is okay -- basically perfect for sitting around all day at The Langham in Pasadena. It's a gorgeous color on her.

## Chris Sullivan

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/FFN_RIJ_NBCUNIVERSAL_SET4_011817_52286576-1484804291.jpg)

Tuck in your shirt, sir, with that jacket. And oh, god, the mismatched glasses. Between that and the mugging he always does with Chrissy on the red carpet, I wonder if he is exhausting. Or, maybe he's delightful and the best part of every party. Either or both could be true.

## Jayma Mays

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/FFN_RIJ_NBCUNIVERSAL_SET4_011817_52286596-1484804334.jpg)

I was JUST wondering the other day what happened to her. It seems she's on the new John Lithgow series that's spoofing crime documentaries.

## Philip Winchester

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/FFN_RIJ_NBCUNIVERSAL_SET1_011817_52285790-1484804363.jpg)

He is on Chicago Justice as well, and his character name is Peter Stone, and... that seems about right

## Jayma Mays

And now for a shoe break. The photog didn't get everyone's shoes; just a couple people's, which tells me that person had OPINIONS. This pair is very cute.

## Jaimie Alexander

These are nice, too, but I wish she'd worn them with a different outfit. Honestly, they could have traded.
