Okay, no feet, but this is still a pretty sweet suit on Mary J. I have missed seeing some of her dramatic outfits. That Mudbound year was fun.

You know, I liked this a lot better when I first downloaded it and started writing this slideshow -- I think because of her checkered history, and also this recent catastrophe. But it might be a little oversize, and the black portions almost look ... too random? It's still a big step up from the last suit-gown.

This is pretty good! I have a couple QUESTIONS -- like, does the neck tie need to be there/be so long, or is the whole "sheer blouse with cami under it" style a bit dated, and do I actually like those shoes; I suspect not -- but honestly the overall picture is cute.

She looks like Scarlett Johansson here in a way that I have never thought before. This is ANOTHER tie that seems unnecessary to me, perhaps more so than the other? The pants are good though, and I see how the tie echoes the cream stripe down the leg.

This is super. Also, her show with Linda -- Dead To Me -- is supposed to be very good, and I'm excited to binge it this summer.

I liked THIS better too before I saw that the blazer looks a bit baggy in the chest. Double-breasted jackets are tough to leave open OR to close, but the whole idea here was good and I LOVE that it's not black (she used to wear so much of it) and that it mostly does fit. She just GENERALLY looks fab, especially as a redhead, and I'm always here for that.
