The fact that I genuinely had no idea Neve ever wore this is Exhibit A for the impact the Internet has had on information, and the gossip and fashion industries as a whole. You would've had to see this in a magazine to know it existed, and how many of them would have published it? Whereas if she'd worn this yesterday, it would've been on Twitter being roasted, then being defended, then somehow being turned into a meme with Bernie Sanders or Sad Keanu or an Oprah reaction face. It makes being famous in 1998 seem like a walk in the park.
