Looking at this again, I can't decide if it's a really strange May-December wedding, or a staging of *Eyes Wide Shut*.

Earlier in the night, Gaga sang a medley that began with her head in a cage. Somewhere, Anne Hathaway is trembling by the phone, wondering if Christopher Nolan is about to call her and tell her he's digitally replacing her with another more progressive-looking Catwoman.
