This really does make me laugh. It's half-Kardashian to me, but, like, the entertaining half. (Please don't ask me which half that IS, because I'm not sure.)
Here is Zosia's bleached bob. It looks very crispy, and her necklace is kind of like a massive sneeze. Zoe Kazan, I walked past, and was really struck by how big and blue and lovely her eyes are; Morgan Saylor is wearing cute shoes that I wish you could see better, but was super smiley; and Uzo was graceful and well-spoken and low-key. That covers What They Were Like Up Close. As for the OUTFITS, I think... Morgan wins for me, because Zoe's were shorts. Uzo's dress might be a little overwhelmingly prim on her for my taste, and of course, my tastes are TOTALLY what she should keep in mind.
I am terrible at interviewing people -- I just don't have the gift of getting them to start talking freely and funnily about non-canned subjects. So I blanked on anything to ask Amanda Crew, other than, "Did y'all think She's The Man was CRAZY while you were filming it, or did you see its genius?" And so I did not try to talk to her. I am the worst. Also, her pants were mediocre. (I did not want to ask her about THAT, either.)
She is making that giant men's vest work. Not a sentence you get to type often.
Jay talked to me for like ten minutes straight, and was very gracious about the fact that I'm a lame interviewer. He was a total kick, and he did his Stephen A. Smith imitation for me, so I can go about my day happily now.
We were struck with how good-looking he is in person. And SO KIND. Is everyone who was on "Breaking Bad" awesome by ACCIDENT, or did they all MAKE each other extra-awesome?
