I love the drama of this outfit -- it's very "COME ON DOVER MOVE YOUR BLOOMING ARSE."
This was a very ladylike collection from him, in a way that almost felt more like Christian Siriano Does Carolina Herrera than his actual personality. But maybe this IS who he wants to be? The problem is that from season to season I can't always tell -- BUT at least I'm always entertained.
I love shimmer.
And then this. Of course. Always. ALWAYS THIS, everywhere.
See? Even Lela Rose is doing it. WHY, Lela?
She's so good at cute little frocks; see-through bike shorts should not be in her arsenal.
That color and texture are so dreamy.
Sold.
I loved this one, too. Sometimes the shows that aren't all gowns are just really relaxing.
And then sometimes there are shows with gowns, and you think they'll be fun, and then they carve out your spirit with a melon baller.
I don't know where linings stop and skin starts.
I DO like seeing argyle on the runway, though.
Thank you, Vera. I'm not so sure about you right now EITHER.
Gesundheit, my child.
By design the styling of this show is in-your-face, but that dress is actually SO adorable.
CAPES AHOY.
COAT ALERT.
NIPS AHOY.
COAT ALERT.
I enjoy that this is designed to look like a scarf, but I'm pretty sure it's actually an optical illusion.
I like this use of that pattern also.
I could see someone wearing this. It's very ... I don't know. Sunset Over Pollution.
That looks like tile to me. In a good way.
I am less enchanted with this Illusion-of-Scarf.
I decided this looked cooler up close.
Nanette showed some GREAT colors and patterns.
I mean, how good are those? Very bright, very cheery. You're always in a good mood when you leave this show.
This is super unusual -- very Girl On Fire (At The Office).
This brand has been getting some traction, and I feel like the architecture of this will be tough for people to resist.
And this one -- the two-tone makes it less basic. Just accessorize it correctly, please, starlets.
Nifty. Kate Beckinsale would look smashing in it.
Someone will wear this because of how omnipresent a sliver of midriff is right now.
Also a slam-dunk for a celeb. Kate Hudson?
Jason Wu did Boss Women's first-ever show, and I think he brought a really cool sensibility to it. I liked it better than his eponymous collection, actually.
That's so neat.
It's all a bit Wu-for-Calvin-Klein to me -- like taking these designers and telling them to design for the office, or something. But I love this.
This gorgeous coat was also shown in the photonegative, and I couldn't decide which one I liked better.
That's good, too. Sometimes these two-fabric gowns come off like a messy mishmash, but this is so crisp.
Ditto. I endorse thee, Jason Wu.
Hailee Steinfeld has been known to wear this brand, so here you go: A small sample.
I could totally see some form of this ending up at, say, the Teen Choice Awards. It's very WHOA. Teens like that, right? Sure.
