This is really pretty, but it feels like something other people have done it before, and better. That might be unfair of me; everything is inspired by SOMETHING else. And the black and pink are cool. But, and maybe it's just the way the skirt was moving at the moment this photo was taken, the scrollwork seems a little off-center to me, or something.
It was awfully dramatic with the cape on, though.
Okay, that is lovely, though. Really dreamy. Hailee Steinfeld, take it before Lily Collins gets it.
And from the back: still cool.
Having said that I don't adore her streetwear, that coat IS intriguing to me. I think I just want to get closer to it and look at it and figure out what it IS, exactly.
Too princess-y for my tastes, and therefore a virtual guarantee someone will wear it to an [Age Group Of Which I'm Not A Part] Choice Awards.
That's also neat, but I am freaked out by the fact that I can't tell what her arms are doing, or where her left hand went.
If that had been scrollwork all the way down, and sleekly, then I'd be all over it.
Again: go all the way down, please. DON'T STOP THE FUN SO SOON.
I liked the black and pink combo on the massive gowns, but on this it feels a little inexpensive. That might be because back in the day, I had an Express dress that was reversible, which was black on one side and a similar pink on the other, and it was INDEED not expensive, and could not pretend to be.
The belt is doing nothing for this.
And this is a lot of really pretty work that hugely competes with itself.
And this feels a little Herve Leger.
"My free skate is set to an instrumental version of 'Lady In Red' played entirely on mandolins."
Her pelvis and this dress are having a HUGE fight right now.
You know how I feel about a good coat.
And that's sort of groovy -- like a couple bees got together and decided to change the color scheme of the hive, just for giggles.
