Big skirts always equal Cannes to me, and these are some of the BIGGEST skirts of all. I do want someone at the Oscars to deploy one, simply to smack other people off the red carpet with their fabric islands.
That bodice looks like cat ears. I just got a cold feeling in my soul that Lena Dunham will attempt it.
The pleats in that dress are so nice -- they remind me of that STUNNING Ralph & Russo couture gown from the most recent show. But the neckline is SO aggressive. If you're not Cate Blanchett, how can you make it work? Exceptional heads are few and far between (no offense to this lovely model).
It IS time for Lupita to bust out some volume... although this isn't as perfect as I want her to be.
I feel like in about four months Kate Winslet will show up somewhere in this and act surprised that anyone has worn a cape before.
Seriously, I want someone to wear it, but if anyone DOES they will have to suffer comparisons to Lupita. And they will probably lose just because she wore it so immaculately.
This is ALSO a little Catwoman-esque to me. Like, don't let the woman in this dress cross your path or it's bad luck. I guess everyone at this show might be in for it, then.
This is a tad Scarlett O'Hara Is A Fancy Widow for me.
The top doesn't work much better for me on a sleek dress, either.
Some of this show was to promote his new eyewear, and I assume sticking the sunglasses on Coco Rocha while she's wearing THE most basic dress was his best shot at making people look at them.
And, sunglasses over an extremely simple (but lovely) coat.
This sticks out like a sore thumb to me. It's very cute, but Zac Posen isn't where you go for business-casual.
Kate Winslet SHOULD wear this.
This hair looks like ants at a picnic.
Meh.
If this makes the MODEL look pregnant...
I feel like he just got tired here and decided not to do anything.
If he can't even make his OWN clothes fit that well...
