Josh Allen, Hailee Steinfeld

Hailee picked a good night to hang. The winners are announced live, like a regular award show, but I wonder if he knew he was going to win; Lamar Jackson, his primary competition, didn't attend. Anyway, he's adorable and she looks beautiful.

Jayden Daniels

This is your NFL rookie of the year, and boy, did he earn it. He made the Commanders relevant after years of bad ownership (among other things). His jacket is snazzy as hell, too. So he's got it ALL going on.

Cameron Dicker and Annie Rose Buerk

Dicker the Kicker is... really trying something. His date's shoes even match his suit. But HIS shoes match his HAT, which is also trying to match the suit.... he really went for it. This is like attempting a 58-yarder into wind.

I can't tell what that even is. I detect a cape, but my superhero IQ is low. EDIT: Apparently it's the Walter Peyton Man of the Year trophy, for which he was nominated.

Bill Belichick, Jordon Hudson

Yes, Jordon is Bill's girlfriend, and yes, Jordon is 24. I feel like that is all the context you need here. Oh, that and that she's wearing one of his Super Bowl rings. Commence all the eye rolls.

Jon Hamm, Anna Osceola

Hamm looks delighted to be there.

Christian Gonzalez

Christian's Comeback Player of the Year story involved several season-ending injuries in 2023, then a great showing this year. He is ADORABLE and I love that he's carrying a handbag.

Derrick Henry and Adrianna Rivas

Derrick Henry, I am sorry to say, is EXTREMELY talented and had a terrific season. The only reason this brings me grief is that he's a Baltimore Raven and my house roots for the Steelers. I think he looks terrific.

Dion Dawkins

This man somehow looks short in this photo, but let me be clear: His listed height is 6'5". I wish I understood what the fabric was... trying to achieve here.

Kristin Juszczyk and Kyle Juszczyk

Kyle plays fullback for the 49ers and reminds me a very faint bit of Rob McElhenney. His suit would benefit from black socks, I think.

LaDainian Tomlinson

LDT!!! I was always sad he never got his Super Bowl. So dapper.

Myles Garrett

Myles was a finalist for Defensive POY, and is a Cleveland Brown who -- like many of them, I suspect -- REALLY does not want to be a Cleveland Brown anymore. Can you blame him? They are a hot mess again. He, however, looks dapper and poised for a job hunt.

Victor Cruz

He always has interesting fashion sense. This feels very... Xanadu.

Terron Armstead

His necklace says T-STEAD, and his suit says he is a man of taste.

Patrick Surtain II and Michelle Surtain

This is one extremely attractive couple. (He won Defensive POY.)

George Kittle and Claire Kittle

He is the 49ers tight end, and was also mine on my terrible fantasy team. His wife is in a Maticevski wedding gown, which she's pulling off really well. And this is neat: He's holding the Salute to Service award from USAA, for "exceptional efforts to honor and support the military community. Kittle created an app offering free mental health resources for veterans. He’s also donated $250,000 and over 400 tickets to service members and military organizations."

Barry Sanders

Barry Sanders, one of the GOATs. This man deserves a better tie. Someone please get Barry Sanders an excellent tie.

Maria Taylor

This is TOO lopsided, I reckon. It's kind of like... fashion bedhead. Just all wonkus.

Brian Thomas Jr.

I love a kicky spec!

Flavor Flav

Always a star, this one.

Hailee Steinfeld Got to See Her Fiance Win the NFL MVP Award

Note: Slideshow SHOULD be working now? WE WILL SEE. Super Bowl weekend means all manner of football-related hoo-ha, including NFL Honors, which is the event where they announce the players and coaches of the year, and Man of the Year. The Chiefs and Eagles have other things to deal with, so they didn't come -- meaning Saquon Barkley didn't pick up his Offensive MVP award in person -- but Hailee Steinfeld made her debut on the red carpet (I think) with her new fiancé Josh Allen, who won overall NFL MVP. I REALLY want Josh to get a Super Bowl someday, but this certainly will do for now. [Photos: Christopher Polk, Kevin Mazur, Michael Loccisano/Getty Images]
