This week on Great Business Trips, Nicole Kidman was given an award at the Taormina Film Festival in Sicily -- [how miserable](https://www.visitsicily.info/en/10cosea/taormina%5F10/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) this location looks; nothing at all scenic about those ruins and Mount Etna and the water -- and Julianne Moore is being honored in Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic, [which ALSO looks stunning and also touts itself as a spa town](https://www.karlovyvary.cz/en?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) if that's your jam. I know Cannes and Sundance and Toronto are the ones people know the best, but wow, I am ALL IN for these smaller ones if it means getting to poke your nose into a tiny new corner of the world.
