I continue to enjoy that people are calling Balenciaga and saying, "Demna, make me something... that Cristobal designed." You may recall [Carey Mulligan did that for the Oscars](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/oscars-2024-best-dressed/96th-annual-academy-awards-arrivals-77?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), and it was quite wonderful; Nicole's probing of the archive is a delightful leadoff pitch for our post on black-and-white outfits at the Met. I will waive my indifference to her in white, when it works as well as this does.
