I fell into a bit of a Early 2000s Period Piece Wormhole after writing[ this post about *The Talented Mr. Ripley* ](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/come-see-how-beautiful-everyone-was-at-the-1999-premiere-of-the-talented-mr-ripley-10-2020/)and I feel that it has borne fruit. Nicole, what was happening with you in 2003?! (As a refresher: She was hot off winning basically everything for *The Hours*, and was at this point dating Lenny Kravitz. So things were basically very good!)
