# "Nightbitch" Has Arrived in Los Angeles

This is a great photo of Amy and I actually really like this dress on her -- she's carrying off the length, which can be tricky -- but I have a confession to make. When I was scrolling through photos on Getty last night, looking for content, for one hot second, I thought she was Debra Messing. Can't you see it? This is not an insult -- Debra is also very pretty, and has great hair! -- but it *did* take me to a very weird place, where I'm ranting that Debra Messing was *robbed* of an Academy Award (not just a nomination, the *award itself*) for *Arrival.* And I simply don't have the energy to recreate[ my most passionately held, long-time Oscars grudge.](https://drinkswithbroads.substack.com/p/whats-your-all-time-oscars-grudge)
