This is one of the more... comprehensible outfits she's put together. It's still edgy and a little weird, but I get it, at least. It all transmits like she's Fraulein Maria at a SUPER dramatic fashion convent and all the Sisters are like, "Didn't we ban jewelry that's big enough to be an actual chandelier? What did she MAKE IT WITH? How do you solve a problem like Noomria?!?!?"
