I THINK this is a jumpsuit. It's completely kooky and a very unexpected thing to see at New York Comic-Con, which is the lesser of the Cons (and this the more casual, typically). But San Diego's didn't happen this summer, so she rises like a phoenix in New York instead.
It DOES kind of feel like the jumpsuit already existed and a late cape was attached?

This is the whole cast of Y: The Last Man, a show based on a comic wherein all the men of the world drop dead but for one semi-loser. Ashley Romans, in the neon, is supposedly very good in it, and she and Olivia Thirlby (on her left, in the suit) look the best here, I think.
